Congrats Uncle Jonathan

Uncle Jonathan graduates from college on Friday and starts his new big boy job on Monday!

My little brother has been doing a little "trial run" for an advertising company here in OKC the past few days. He was one of 40 applicants for the job and he just got official word today that they chose him! He is so excited and so are we!!

Uncle Jonathan and (soon-to-be) Aunt Jilli get to stay in Oklahoma!!!

We took them to Sumo (duh!) to celebrate his big boyness!!

We didn't sit on the Hibachi side this time because everyone except the kids wanted Sushi!

However, Cade did try his first bite of sushi tonight

Cole was just happy eating his soup and playing in the little chairs!

All the boys love being there and are always really well behaved when we go!

Plus, they like to ham it up for the camera!
(sorry this picture of Cody is blurry)

We are so happy we get to keep Uncle Jonathan!!

Third Place

Cody had another t-ball tournament this weekend and they got 3rd Place! Considering there were 12 teams in his age group, I think it's safe to say they did awesome!

It was rough on Saturday. It rained all through their game and Cade had to take cover under the blankets!

But on Sunday, the weather was perfect!
(Cody is the one in the back)

Great job, boys!

The Younger Two

While the older kids were at school, Cade wanted me to take some pictures.

He is becoming way too grown up! This is the pose he wanted to do, without any help from me!

This is now my favorite picture. I know it looks as though Cole might be getting strangled, but I assure you it was an incredible sweet moment! Cade is not always this lovey dovey to his little brother!

My little brown-eyed boy!

Shhh...don't tell the older kids we were having fun while they were gone! They don't like to hear that!

Chocolate Fountain

How do you keep three boys, 5 and under, entertained?

You put them in front of a chocolate fountain...that's how!

It was quite a mess, but they were happy...and not fighting...or screaming!

I LOVE THAT CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN!

We may have dentist bills to pay later down the road, but it was worth it! They dipped some fruit in it too...that counts for something, right?

The Best Medicine

This is what happened all during lunch the other day. The boys could not stop laughing. Every time they looked at each other, they would just start cracking up!

This minute and a half makes up for all the fighting, yelling, screaming, and wrestling that I have to endure on a daily basis...

OK, it doesn't make up for it, but makes it all tolerable!

Ice Cream Man

Three special little boys got their first visit from the ice cream man this season!

And it's safe to say, they enjoyed it!

I mean, who doesn't enjoy a $3 ice cream that I can buy an entire box of cheaper at the grocery store??

It's worth it to see how excited they get when they hear the truck coming down our street, even if my wallet doesn't think so!

Super Why to the rescue

He's a Super Hero...

...who has the power to read!

Super Why is Cade's favorite show. The Easter Bunny left him a Super Why cape, mask, and wand thingy (that's the appropriate name for it, right?) in his Easter Basket. Once Cade saw that, he couldn't care less about anything else.

He has worn it ever since.

He is Super Why in his pajamas

eating dinner

and every minute in between!

Help!

Cade has not pooped since last Saturday, and I'm not even 100% sure he did then! It's awful, we have tried everything we know to try. It is now to the point where he just screams. One minute he'll be playing, the next he will be doubled over in pain. It's the worst feeling in the world not knowing what to do to help him.

I called the doctor two days ago and told him all that we had done. Once the enema failed, we were at a loss (I know this might be too much information but I don't know what else to do). He told us to try Magnesium Citrate and give him half the jar.

Not only does it taste disgusting and getting a three year old to drink it is nearly impossible, it didn't work! It did get a tiny bit out, but nothing to come close to a full BM!

My baby is just in horrible pain. It makes me feel worthless as a mother. He ends up in bed with us at night, and at least once an hour, he wakes up screaming.

I have a call into the doctor again, but haven't heard back.

If you're the praying type, please pray something happens...and quick! I don't know how much more pain Cade can take!!
