Cody's 2nd Day of school

Here's my little man getting ready to leave for his 2nd day of school.

When I got to the school I asked him if he needed me to walk him in.  He looked at me like I was crazy and said, "no, I have Laney to do that for me.  I don't need your help".  I guess he saw the look of sadness on my face so he said, "but thanks for asking."

He had another great day and he was so excited that his teacher chose him to be line leader the rest of the week because he was the best behaved!

Cole's Birthday in Texas

We drove down to Texas this past weekend to go pick McKinly up from my parents.  Since we were down there, my parents decided to celebrate Cole's 1st birthday.  We all met at my brother's house since it wasn't as long of a drive for us.  The kids love his new house so we barely saw them the entire time we were there.

Cody started school today.  I wasn't near as ready as he was!  He did such a great job and it didn't even bother him when I left.  In fact, he told me it was time to leave :(

I know it's been a long time but Cole decided to put the charger to our computer in his mouth and it stopped working.  I have been unable to charge the Mac so I was using TJ's computer until our replacement charger came in.  I am getting the pictures organized and will post an update as soon as I can!  Look for it in the next few days!
